About the Volunteer Opportunity
Are you passionate about helping volunteers thrive while keeping track of their daily progress and performance? Do you want to foster a positive culture aligned with our values and mission, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes? We’re looking for a dedicated Volunteer HR People professional who can oversee daily reports, coordinate performance reviews, maintain up-to-date records, and plan for smooth role transitions. If you’re eager to make a meaningful impact and support volunteers at every step, we’d love to hear from you!
Duration
* 3 months (60 volunteer days)
* At least 3 hours per day
* Part-time
* Remote
Volunteer Activities
Working with our CEO and Human Resource Team, your volunteer role includes:
* Ensuring that performance expectations are communicated to volunteers.
* Developing programs to celebrate achievements and milestones, fostering a positive work culture.
* Maintaining Volunteer’s records, including V.A, updating the daily progress sheet, performance management sheet, activeness tracker sheet, and termination.
* Addressing volunteer concerns and resolving issues related to performance or engagement.
* Reporting any performance-related problems or concerns to the HR Team Leader, working together to resolve issues effectively.
* Providing regular updates on volunteer performance to the CEO during scheduled meetings, highlighting key milestones and developments.
Requirements
* Fluent in English – both written and verbal.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
* Ability to work independently, with a results-oriented approach, and deliver on projects within the required timeframe.
* Comfortable working remotely and using online tools and software.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Background in Human Resources or a related field (formal education preferred, but not strictly required if you have demonstrable experience).
* Basic familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel spreadsheets) for tracking progress and maintaining records.
