Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and deliver individualised lesson plans based on students' needs Assist students in improving their academic performance and achieving their learning goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in SEN teaching or tutoring Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational and time-management skills Knowledge of relevant SEN legislation and guidelines Working Conditions: Part-Time hours Work primarily in a tutoring setting Collaborate with other education professionals All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
