We are delighted to be partnering with this growing firm, in their search for a Legal Billing & E-Billing Assistant. The role requires someone with experience of Legal Finance in Legal Billing.
Key responsibilities
Working within the eBilling and working Capital function, working with ebilling systems and hubs, supporting with onboarding, weekly reconciliation of eBilling clients, and monitoring the eBilling inbox.
Required skills and experience:
* Previious experience working in a legal finance department.
* Posting of bills and disbursement transfers, write offs and bill amendments.
* Strong communication skills required for this role.
* Working knowledge of the Solicitors’ Accounting Rules.
* Good VAT knowledge.
