Sewell Wallis are working with a large multi-site business based near Harrogate, supporting them with their search for a Senior Financial Accountant.

What will you be doing?
1. Business partnering with HR and other non-finance departments.
2. Mentoring and developing junior team members.
3. Ensuring robust financial controls are implemented across the team.
4. Assisting with the delivery of continuous process and control improvements.
5. Preparation, review and submission of all information required from junior team members for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
6. Supporting with tax reporting and compliance.
7. Supporting the wider finance team with ongoing projects.
What skills are we looking for?
1. Fully qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/ACCA, from a recognisable accountancy firm.
2. Strong financial reporting, audit, and accounts preparation background.
3. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ambitious individual who is self-motivated.
5. Ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business.
6. Excellent analytical skills.
