This newly refurbished showroom, set to be the first 'Destination Porsche' Centre in the UK, is scheduled to open in July. About the role
As a Host / Receptionist, your responsibilities include providing efficient administrative support to the management team, such as:
* Welcoming all customers and visitors warmly
* Building rapport and quickly assessing customer needs to enhance their experience
* Acting as a Brand Ambassador, reflecting Porsche Retail Group's standards
Core responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Handle customer queries professionally via in person, phone, email, or online
* Distribute inquiries, calls, and messages accurately and promptly
* Gather customer information and input data into systems accurately
* Maintain precise customer enquiry records
* Ensure customer needs across Sales, Aftersales, and Parts are met, including offering refreshments and engaging confidently with customers
* Promote and sell Porsche products and services, including showroom transactions and payments
* Proactively engage with showroom customers to discuss products and provide advice
* Provide detailed information on Porsche products and services, including Aftersales
* Develop knowledge of competitors to better assist customers
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a front-facing customer service role
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Good administration and time management abilities

The position is full-time, 42.5 hours per week, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with some flexibility for early or late starts. The salary is £11.05 per hour (~£23,000 annually), plus a bonus of up to £3,000 annually. Benefits include:
