Salary: £19.57 - £21.74 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Contract: 36 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Nights

You’ll help us make health happen by:
1. Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
2. Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
3. Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents.
4. Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
1. As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, you’ll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
2. Previous experience working in a care home is desirable.
3. You have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
4. You are confident offering clinical guidance for care teams.
5. As a highly trusted member of the team, you enjoy building connections with residents and their family.
