Hey, and welcome to FOUNDRY. We are a fast-growing coworking brand with our next location in Hove. We are looking for a Memberships Manager, with responsibilities below.
Business & Sales Development:
1. Leading on the full sales cycle from viewings to negotiation to closing using our coworking management software.
2. Conduct tours to work towards and maintain 100% location occupancy.
3. Engage in the larger community of the town/city by attending events and networking with local businesses and organisations.
Corporate vs Community:
1. Organising and running viewings with potential members and effectively communicate the membership package and options.
2. Managing and running negotiation processes, consult clients on prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
3. Developing relationships with potential customers and managing relationships with current members.
4. Closely working with marketing team on planning and implementing marketing activities.
5. Creating and implementing innovative ways for gaining additional revenue streams within coworking spaces.
Location Management:
1. Collaborate and work closely with the location Operation Lead to deliver performance for the location.
2. Support with move-ins and move-outs for quality experience.
Reporting:
1. Preparing and submission of reports that outline sales progress and management information on a timely basis to Senior Management Team. This will include daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually information.
2. Preparation of commentary to support numbers and include suggested actions where appropriate.
3. Preparation of ad hoc reports to support Senior Management Team.
Required Skills:
1. Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales in real estate, ideally in Coworking space sector.
2. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills - a confident and efficient approach to communicating internally across departments, with customers and with prospective customers, ensuring the smooth flow of information.
4. Proven track of successful sales record.
5. Technical Proficiency. Ability to use CRM software, sales tools and other technologies to track and manage sales including Microsoft software.
6. Team Collaboration and Networking.
Pay:
Starting salary of £35,000 per annum with additional bonuses.
