What’s in it for you as an Administrator? Work hours: Monday to Friday, either 8am to 4pm, 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch break Salary: £25,000 24 days holiday rising to 28 with length of service 8% pension contribution Health cash plan Administrator Responsibilities: Work with customers to manage the return of goods Use the CRM to log and track customer returns Arrange repairs of returned faulty goods and track repairs Liaise with customers throughout the returns processes Return repaired goods to customers, ensuring all faults have been resolved Responsible for the receipt and shipment of parts Support the wider warehouse and logistics team with stock audits and parts forecasting Assist the customer service team with general enquiries from customers and record all customer communications Maintain regular contact with customers who have returned goods, ensuring they are informed of the progress of repairs and return Undertake all administration tasks related to goods and stock Administrator Skills and Experience Experience within administration as an Administration Assistant or within customer service is preferred and it would be advantageous if this experience was gained within a warehouse or logistics setting Demonstrates excellent communication skills and has a track record of delivering excellent customer service IT literate and is confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, and CRM systems Uses initiative to resolve issues and remains calm in challenging circumstances Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and organise multiple tasks
