Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Day Opportunities Centre Manager to oversee service delivery in Harrow, ensuring our support remains inclusive, person-centered, and impactful.
This role is perfect for someone currently in a supervisory or senior support position who is looking to take on greater responsibility, develop leadership skills, and influence service development at a higher level.

What you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing and managing the delivery of services within a specific area, ensuring they meet the needs of the community
* Providing direction and support to teams within your locality, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality care and support
* Collaborating with the Head of Service to implement service improvements and innovations that enhance the client experience
* Building strong connections within the local community, promoting our services and advocating for inclusivity
* Monitoring and evaluating service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement
About you:
* You have 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in supporting autistic adults or children, people with mental health challenges, people with a learning disability, or people with behaviours that challenge
* You are a natural leader with excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills
* You are compassionate, patient and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those you support
* You are able to commute to Harrow and are committed to being an active and engaged member of our team
