Role and Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll tackle an array of essential duties, including:
1. Full Payroll Processing: Master the art of efficient and precise payroll management, ensuring our employees are paid on time, every time.
2. Starters/Leavers/SPP/SMP: Handle the intricacies of new hires, departures, Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP), and Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) with expertise and care.
3. Communication with External Stakeholders: Engage confidently with external parties to address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
4. Query Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues to ensure smooth operations.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong Communication Skills: Exhibit stellar verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating seamless interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders.
