Competitive Salary: On offer is a competitive salary of £33,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: This is an office-based role where your working hours will be 7:45am - 5pm, with half an hour for lunch.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive buying experience.
Field incoming calls and manage communication effectively, being the second point of contact for phone inquiries.
Oversee and manage all sales orders, ensure timely responses to emails in the sales@ inbox and accurately record returns in the system.
Maintain and update the Invoice spreadsheet daily and utilise CRM systems to keep accurate records of customer interactions and communicate effectively with relevant sales personnel.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure the Production Schedule Orders is current, manage deliveries and collections in the calendar, and export international freight quotes as needed.
Lead daily meetings and sales huddles to enhance team communication and performance and provide essential support to the Sales Team and cover for colleagues during their absence by occasionally make outbound prospect calls.
About you:
You are a proactive and enthusiastic professional with a can-do attitude and a passion for teamwork. Your exceptional organisational and time management skills allow you to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You possess strong IT and typing abilities, and your familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is top-notch. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you understand the importance of listening to customers and delivering tailored support.
