This is your chance to truly make an impact About Exemplar Health Care Leger Grove is part of Exemplar Health Care, one of the country’s leading nursing care providers. When open, Leger Grove will support adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities. Although the home is set to open in [Month] 2025, you’ll begin a tailored induction one month prior. This will give you the opportunity to learn about the company, meet your colleagues and complete your training, so you're fully prepared when the home officially opens. In the meantime, we'll stay in touch via email or WhatsApp, sharing regular updates on the progress of your new workplace. About the role Our Head Housekeeper plays a key role in leading all the daily and weekly cleaning routines of their Housekeeping Team. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Carrying out cleaning schedules with your team, including dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming Overseeing your team’s cleaning of all areas, including residents’ rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and offices Building trust and promoting choice, dignity, and independence You’ll put our people at the heart of everything you do – whether that’s hoovering our residents’ bedrooms or polishing their photo frames.
