About the Role:
At Aspire Care NW Ltd, we are looking for someone who can turn a house into a true home. As we open our first facility, we are excited to offer the opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to take on the role of Children’s Home Registered Manager.
In this position, you will lead and motivate your team, ensuring that the children in your care receive the highest level of support. Under your leadership, your team will create a safe, nurturing environment where the children can thrive and feel at home. This is a newly established 2-bed service located in the Preston area.

What We Expect from a Registered Manager:
* At least 4 years of experience in residential child care.
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising and managing staff.
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), or working towards it.
* A “Good” or “Outstanding” rating in your most recent Ofsted inspection.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the care home, ensuring exceptional care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
* Lead and support staff to enhance performance and teamwork.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for each young person.
* Ensure proper medication management and maintain accurate records.
* Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the wellbeing of the children.
* Strive to achieve positive outcomes for all residents.
