Role: Property and Estates Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Leyland / Chorley
Contract: Full time (36.25 hours per week) / Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Salary: £32,076 - £34,834

What You'll Be Getting Up To
As a Property and Estates Coordinator, you’ll manage daily operations, coordinate the team to ensure efficient financial processes are implemented for orders and payments, handle tenant and lease enquiries, invoicing and account management for estates debtors, and lead the implementation and adoption of a new property management system. You’ll ensure compliance with regulations, assist in budget management, and contribute to strategic planning and property enhancements.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an organised and resourceful individual with strong problem-solving skills and experience in property management and or administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in IT based software is desirable. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential.

* This role requires some travel around our boroughs. You should have a valid driving licence or the equivalent mobility.
