The role of Social Media Marketing Account Manager will be a pivotal role within this new team, it will be fast paced, varied and constantly evolving.Key duties:
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
* Build and manage large budget campaigns across multiple social media platforms
* Ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI
* Analyse and monitor campaign performance and identifying trends
* Implement testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
* Collaborate with creative teams
* Build positive relationships with followers, responding to interactions in a timely manner
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends
. The Social Media Marketing Account Manager will have the following skills and expertise:
* Previous experience working as a Social Media Marketing Account Manager
* Proven experience managing large budget campaigns.
* Expertise in optimising and controlling engagement on multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Proficient in utilising analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
* Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to convey complex ideas and data analysis findings to stakeholders effectively.
* Have a detail-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and campaign performance tracking.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
