Membership Sales Manager
Location: London / Hybrid
A£75,000 base + up to A£125,000 OTE
A high-growth, founder-focused membership platform is on the hunt for a dynamic Membership Sales Manager to lead and scale a best-in-class acquisition function.
With a targeted audience of CEOs and Founders scaling A£3m-A£100m+ businesses, this platform blends peer-to-peer networks, powerful media, and unforgettable events - and is now looking for a sales leader to take growth to the next level.
The Role:
1. Membership Sales Team - converting warm, qualified leads through consultative, high-value conversations.
2. Partnerships & Referrals Team - developing trusted commercial partnerships with recruiters, advisors, VCs, and networks.
3. You will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to drive results and scale the member base.
Responsibilities:
1. Own and exceed monthly membership growth targets
2. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
3. Create and optimise systems, playbooks, and performance processes
4. Lead on strategic partnerships and referral networks
5. Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and acquisition flows
6. Ensure smooth handover to membership teams for onboarding and retention
7. Share insights to influence product and experience
Experience:
1. Proven leadership in B2B/B2C sales - ideally in membership, community, media, or subscriptions
2. Experience building and scaling inbound/outbound sales teams
3. Gravitas to engage C-level execs and coach others to do the same
4. Systems mindset and hands-on execution ability
5. Confidence with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar), performance tracking, and team development
