We're looking for a confident professional with experience of making sure that customers’ voices influence service delivery and improvement to join us. Are you the Resident Involvement Business Partner who could join us in Bracknell to deliver our ambitious Resident Involvement offer for our South East Region? You'll bring your energy and great people-skills and partner with operational teams in Abri to design, support, and facilitate tailored initiatives including inspiring and encouraging residents to get involved. This might include face-to-face workshops, estate visits, digital sessions or other approaches. Amplifying customers’ voices for real impact and great outcomes that make a difference is the purpose of the role You’ll report back to stakeholders and customer about the outcomes of their involvement and the difference it has made, and keep great records to make sure we can learn from what works well and celebrate the success of our approach. Your role will include supporting the new Regional Customer Panel which is fundamental to our “large but local” approach. You will connect the panel with key teams, service leads and directors to ensure transparency, accountability and influence that reflects residents’ priorities. We’re looking for experience of customer engagement, social housing, or both and your stand-out qualities will be your ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
