Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Systems Integration:
* Support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
* Assist in developing automated workflows using Power Automate for business processes
* Help maintain and organise digital file structures and documentation systems
* Support data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI
Business-Wide Digital Support:
* Assist departments in adopting and utilising digital tools effectively
* Help identify opportunities for process automation and digital improvement
* Support the tender team with digital tools and AI integration
* Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance on digital systems
* Create user guides and training materials for new digital processes
Required Skills:
1. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
2. Basic understanding of AI tools and their business applications
3. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Excellent communication abilities to support staff at all levels
