Subject to annual pay award Hours-Full Time – Monday to Friday Job Description An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric personnel/ general builder to join a team working within the Building Fabric Maintenance team across a varied site, completing reactive works for tenants. No major building work is required. Duties and Responsibilities Carry out general building and allied trades work in connection with the maintenance and minor alterations required on site. Carry out first inspections Undertake preventative works Tasks such as replacing slabs, replacing roof tiles, addressing roof leaks. What you'll need to succeed Experience in a similar role is essential.
