Job Description
* Assist with all areas of the finance function including invoicing, financial reporting and budgeting.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and expenses.
* Support in the monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting projects.
* Maintain financial files and records.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
* Provide financial support and guidance to team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Finance Assistant' should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
* Experience with financial software systems.
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
