What it's like to work here:
Based at Blickling Estate, near Aylsham in Norfolk, you’ll report to the Facilities Manager, along with three other colleagues within the Facilities and Business Services team. Together the team provides a comprehensive support service to the property, including buildings maintenance and repair, compliance monitoring, and business services functions. You’ll be a key member of the team and fully embrace the property ethos of supporting other teams to help achieve shared goals. Training and development opportunities are available.

What you'll be doing:
As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll ensure that Blickling Estate operates as it should by playing a vital role in an efficient, effective, and flexible facilities service. You’ll help with the planning and implementation of both planned and reactive maintenance and repairs across the estate's buildings and infrastructure. This may also include lending a hand with practical tasks occasionally. You’ll support the property team by keeping presentation and maintenance standards high.
