An opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and confident multi-skilled operative, to join our capitol boiler replacement programme., supporting our in-house gas team with the installation, repair and maintenance of our heating systems within our housing stock of over 5000 properties.
Some of the works will include:
Undertake making good repairs after installation of boilers by replacing boxing around boilers, ducting, removal and replacement of timber flooring, and the execution of small quantities of ceramic wall tiling, floor tiling and painting works.
Carry out repairs to ceilings and coving
Carry out installation of soakaways for condensate pipework.
Carry out roof repairs when vertical flues and lead slates have been installed.
About you
You will have completed an appropriate level of training and will be able to show certificate at interview.

£30,195 - £33,579 per annum
