We are looking for 2 experienced & reliable Construction Site Managers who have at least 5 years experience managing the delivery of Construction Projects packages. You will be working for a Regional Principle Contractor who have direct relationships with each of their clients, subcontracting out specialist packages of works. Traditionally they deliver projects across Oxfordshire, Berks, Bucks, Surrey & Middlesex within the Light Industrial Formula 1 & Commercial Office sectors. Due to an increase in the volume of Construction & Fit Out Projects they need to recruit 2 people to enhance the Project Delivery team. Initially the two people will be working on a £12 million high specification commercial office fit out. One of the Site Managers will be running some Construction Packages for a large building extension incorporating a new roof, ground works, structural frame & brick façade. The other Site Manager will be taking ownership of the strip out and interior fit out of the existing building. This interior package is a high spec fit out. The successful candidates MUST have experience of delivering high specification/High End packages on Construction Projects within the Commercial Office or Hotels or Care Homes environment. Pure Residential Site Managers will not be considered. The successful candidates will be rewarded with a basic up to £65k ( DOE) Electric Car /Car Allowance, Pension, Medical, 22 DH, Company Bonus
