Job Description Job Title: Learning Instructor – Rolls-Royce Assembly/Fitting Working Pattern: Full time Working location: Derby / Hybrid What you will be doing An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Learning Team. This is a key role in contributing to and shaping the successful development of Rolls-Royce’s Assembly skills across a range personnel globally. This role would suit an individual who can inspire learners using different forms of communication and flexible delivery styles, alongside engaging media to explain complex information. You will also be dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for all learners, which could require a flexibility model. Responsibilities Using forward-thinking technology to design, develop, deliver, and maintain a high standard of learning solutions to learners, ensuring employees receive an experience effective to meet the future skills requirements of the business. The delivery of training will include both classroom and workshop delivery. Modelling the company’s values and behaviours and Culture to be regarded as an influential role model who can coach and support the learners in achieving measurable change. Demonstrating a sound understanding of current working practices to liaise proactively with internal and external stakeholders to validate training programmes, ensuring that current and future business needs are being met. Managing the appropriate training needs of individuals to meet national standards/company competency standards and the satisfaction of customers. Seen as an authority and a professional in their specialist area. Achieved or willing to achieve an NVQ assessor award Stamp holder regularly performing the 5 step competencies.
