Job summary Working with a team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapist delivering a Holistic Therapeutic approach to a diverse community population. You will independently complete Physiotherapy Assessments and devise and manage individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes under the supervision of Registered Physiotherapists. It is important that you have experience of patients with frailty and long-term conditions and should be able to demonstrate an appropriate level of clinical assessment and reasoning for the role. You will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication, team working and personal skills. You will need to be organised and be able to manage your own caseload and have the ability to demonstrate these in a pressurised environment. There are CPD opportunities around service development as well as structured supervision, peer support groups and appraisals. The post holder will assume responsibility for delegated aspects of healthcare delivery, working within a scope of practice under the direction/supervision of a registered practitioner. They will work within relevant legal and ethical frameworks and in accordance with organisational protocols and policies.
