Salary - In the range of £30,000-£35,000 (Negotiable for the right person)

We’re partnered with a leading Employability Training Provider to deliver an exciting new 12-week program that helps unemployed individuals develop critical skills in Working at Height, Roofing, and Solar Panel Installation.
This program aims to provide participants with practical, in-demand skills that can lead to sustainable employment in rapidly growing industries.
As the Internal Quality Assurer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and success of this program.
What you'll be doing:
* Oversee quality assurance processes across the 12-week training program.
* Work closely with trainers and assessors to ensure compliance with industry and awarding body standards.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of course materials and assessments.
* Monitor learner progress and ensure high standards of delivery.
* Participate in the Solar Panel Installation course to gain occupational competence, fully supported by the employer.
What we're looking for:
* A qualified IQA with experience in quality assurance within training or education.
* Strong knowledge of relevant industries such as engineering, construction, or renewable energy would be a huge plus, but, not essential.
* Willingness to gain expertise in Solar Panel Installation is essential.
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with training teams.
