We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Care Coordinator to join our client, a well-established and reputable domiciliary care branch, delivering around 4,000 care hours per week. About the Role: As Senior Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of a busy branch. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to manage the electronic care rostering system, ensuring efficient scheduling and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee and manage care rosters using our electronic system ✅ Work closely with the Care Manager to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery ✅ Liaise with care staff, service users, and families to ensure continuity of care ✅ Support junior coordinators and the wider team with planning and problem-solving ✅ Participate in the weekend on-call rota (no mid-week on-call) What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Previous experience as a Care Coordinator in a large domiciliary branch (4,000 hours) ✔️ Strong knowledge of electronic care rostering systems (e.g., PASS, CarePlanner, CM2000, PeoplePlanner) ✔️ Excellent organisational and communication skills ✔️ A proactive, solution-focused attitude ✔️ A good understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory requirements Please note: This role does not involve hands-on care delivery.
