Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
The Centre Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of flexible space at Louisa Ryland House, engaging with occupiers to understand their business needs.
This person should have at least 2 years of operational experience in a flexible workspace, multi-let business space, or hospitality.
The key responsibilities include occupier satisfaction, onboarding, managing day-to-day supplier relationships, and assisting with sales performance.
The ideal candidate is personable and friendly, acting as the face of the business to occupiers, and will spot opportunities to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
The Centre Manager will report to and work closely with the Building Manager and client to establish a successful space.

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience / Certifications:
* 2 years of experience in a similar role
* IOSH/NEBOSH desirable
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary Range (Based on Experience): GBP 29,000 - GBP 31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
