Hours of work, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am - 7pm, start at 7am finish early, start later finish at 7pm Permanent, full time position Roles and Responsibilities of the Fleet Controller To take customer calls and log repair notifications. To ensure that vehicle breakdowns, defects and repairs are correctly logged, managed and processed. To action customer repair, maintenance and breakdown requests in a timely and cost-effective manner. To allocate appropriate Field Service Engineer response to meet customer requirements and all vehicle parts sales are recorded accurately and promptly. To support with the supervision of all maintenance and repair activities. Liaise with Service supervisors regarding any issues that may arise. Keep customers updated on the reported job progress. To provide effective customer service and build relationships with both internal and external customers. Deal with day to day queries from both internal and external customers. To reschedule jobs and resources according to emerging customer needs and resource availability. Ensure all service records are received from the appropriate Field Service Engineer and passed to technical team for assessment. Requirements for this Fleet Controller role: Previous experience working as a Fleet Controller or from a similar background as a Hire Controller, Breakdown Controller, Defect Controller, Maintenance Controller, Rental Agent, Automotive Service / Aftersales Advisor from an automotive background.
