Senior Account Manager (Wholesale & Convenience) Location: London (Hybrid – Holland Park HQ UK-wide travel) Type: Full-time, Permanent Reports to: Head of Sales Industry: FMCG / Food & Beverage Salary Range: £45,000 – £60,000 base competitive bonus benefits About the Role: This is a senior commercial role for a proven FMCG sales professional. You'll take full ownership of wholesale, convenience, food-to-go, and high street accounts across the UK — working with national and independent partners to grow distribution, increase visibility, and drive performance across key categories. What You’ll Be Doing: Account Management & Growth Manage and grow a portfolio of national and regional wholesale and convenience accounts Develop joint business plans with top partners and negotiate listings, shelf space, and promotional support Build strong commercial relationships with buyers, store managers, and key stakeholders Identify and convert new opportunities in airlines, independents, food-to-go, and high-street retail Planning, Forecasting & Performance Own your sales forecast, trade spend, and category planning Hit agreed KPIs across volume, revenue, GP, and margin Analyse performance and use insights to improve results and deliver profitable growth Field Sales & Merchandising Design and implement a national field sales and merchandising plan Drive execution at store level, ensuring strong visibility and availability Build relationships with store-level teams to drive pull-through Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, operations, and NPD to launch new products and campaigns Liaise with supply chain to ensure smooth logistics and great service levels Feed commercial insights back to the business to inform strategy What We’re Looking For: 4 years’ experience in FMCG account management, ideally within wholesale, convenience, or route-to-market channels Proven ability to build and grow national accounts Comfortable owning a P&L and planning trade spend Experience in setting up and scaling field sales or merchandising teams Strong communicator with excellent commercial acumen Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, strategic, and hands-on Willingness to travel across the UK to manage relationships and build new business What You’ll Get: £45,000 – £60,000 base salary (DOE) Performance-based bonus Pension contributions A say in shaping a fast-growing challenger brand A collaborative, ambitious team culture And yes… unlimited tortilla chips Why This Role?
