Role Overview:
Reporting to the Digital Services Settlement Team leader, the Finance Operations Administrator will be responsible for aspects of the finance operations tasks as set out below.
Responsibilities:
1. Bank reconciliations
2. Client invoicing
3. Payment processing
4. Query resolution with Banks/clients/customers
5. Monthly billing Fuel card, RSM cards
6. Multipay reconciliations
7. Data reconciliations
8. Open Pay reconciliations
9. Digital reconciliations
10. Cover for other roles in the Operational Finance team where needed.
Candidate Profile:
1. A desire to work in a finance team
2. Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills
3. A well-organised individual with high attention to detail and accuracy
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Works well as a team member and can act on own initiative when appropriate
6. The ability to work to strict guidelines and targets and cope under pressure
7. Excellent user of IT packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in administration, client services, and finance. There is the opportunity to study a finance qualification.
Hours: 8 till 4.15, Monday – Friday
Salary: £23,000 per annum plus private medical, pension paid at 4% employer / 4% employee, 25 days holiday with the option to purchase a further 5 days.
