We are looking for an innovative and customer-obsessed HR Business Partner for AGI Data Services (ADS) organization. The role can be based in Gdansk, Poland, Iasi, Romania or Cambridge, England.
Key job responsibilities
•Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to drive results.
•Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgement decision making, critical thinking, and analysis.
•Provide business partner support & own the people strategy for leaders and their teams on a local and regional basis
•Facilitate solutions on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
•Engage and retain top candidates. Establish mechanisms to rotate and develop internal talent across EU.
•Review and analyze business unit data & goals to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience
•Provide valuable input and expertise to your client groups as well as the HR Team in terms of legislation, policies and practices
•Coach leaders in career development & management practices, including the org/team structure.
•Provide coaching and education to managers on resolving more sensitive employee relations issues that may have a higher risk or impact to business.
•Define, design and deliver business-critical EU and global HR related projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•10+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources at a senior HR level within an international environment which is fast paced and customer driven
•Experience in driving HR strategy for Operations and associates
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Exceptional ability to influence and partner with business leaders, managers and HR professionals across different functions and locations
•Strong facilitation, written communication and negotiation skills; able to listen to and persuade others based on sound logic
•Project management and execution skills and a track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations
•Proven ability to operate with autonomy and discretion and use sound judgment in all situations.
•Experience in European and Poland employment law with Pan EU work experience ideally in Poland and Romania
•Possess intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team/business, especially in a multicultural and multi-location environment
