Salary: Generous salary benefits Location: London City Contract Type: Permanent The role of Commercial Analyst will play a crucial part in supporting the Finance and Business Development teams by providing detailed pricing analysis and timely revenue reporting. Reporting directly to the CFO, they will drive business decisions through data-driven insights and ensure the effective management of commercial agreements. Main responsibilities : Pricing Analysis Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain pricing models to optimise profitability. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies. Contract (Framework) Management: Oversee the ongoing management of existing commercial contracts, ensuring an effective internal governance process is in place which supports timely renewal. Act as an independent gatekeeper for Hollis entering into new commercial contracts, ensuring contract terms and conditions are in line with guidance and that the agreements will deliver desired profitability. Design, Develop and Maintain an accurate record of all contractual agreements. Analysis and Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs across key stakeholder groups, up to and including our Management Board. Provide actionable insights to support improvements to our commercial performance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to align commercial strategies. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends. Experience/Qualifications required: 3 years in a similar Financial Analysis field required. Experience in pricing analysis advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in pricing analysis and contract management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
