10. To start after the half term, the Maths teacher will have strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum
11. The Maths Teacher post is being on a temporary to permanent basis with the school open to applications from ECTs and experienced teachers from mainstream or special schools.

The Ideal Maths Teacher Applicant:
19. All Maths Teacher applicants must have QTS.
20. Strong behaviour management
21. Have a passion for teaching students who struggle with mainstream school
22. Experience teaching within an alternative provisions environment or a secondary school environment
23. A good understanding of the KS3 Mathematics curriculum
24. The ability to prepare and teach effective lessons taking into account the individual needs of learners.
25. A creative approach to lesson planning.
26. A patient, calm and engaging classroom manner.
27. Strong communication and team leadership skills.
28. Registered DBS or be prepared to carry out a new DBS application.
