Main duties of the job
As a Bank Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will have the freedom to work the shifts that fit around your lifestyle. Whether you're an RMN (Mental Health Nurse) or RNLD (Learning Disability Nurse), you can join the staff bank and access available nursing shifts through an app. There is no minimum number of hours required, though it's recommended to work regularly to maintain your knowledge and familiarity with the service. The role includes a two-week paid induction, free meals and parking, mandatory training, and wellbeing support.
Job responsibilities
As a Nurse on our Bank, you will provide high-quality evidence-based support to service users in our care, and work as part of the team, supporting colleagues and always putting the needs of service users first. The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank, you’ll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose the shifts you want to work.
