We're looking for an energetic and imaginative Teaching Assistant with a background in Drama or Creative Arts to support our dynamic team Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering exciting lessons across KS3 & KS4. Support students in their practical activities and creative projects. Help facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment. Provide one-on-one or group support for students needing extra assistance. Contribute to the planning and execution of school performances or events. What We're Looking For: A degree or qualification in Drama, Theatre, Performing Arts, or a related creative field. A passion for working with students and encouraging their creativity. Strong communication skills, both with students and staff. Ability to think on your feet and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the classroom.
