Your primary job will be to support the Owner, execute the company marketing mandate, and oversee all transaction management.

Responsibilities
Office Management
1. Check email and return phone calls within 15 minutes.
2. Oversee and run the CRM and all other company technology and infrastructure.
3. Communicate with clients in a proactive manner.
4. Prepare Agenda for Team meetings, Team Lead meetings, and other team members.
5. Open/close office – Ensure the office is functioning efficiently and is well stocked.
6. Ensure the office is kept clean and orderly.
Transaction File Management
1. Run all transactions using the NRE transaction manual for buyer and seller transactions.
2. Always lead and exceed clients’ expectations.
3. Solve problems for them to ensure a smooth transaction.
4. Work with the Concierge Manager and Concierge assistant.
5. Prepare documents - Contract paperwork, presentation materials, and Purchase Agreements.
6. Assist agents and Project manager with listing/closing details.
7. Work with all transaction participants and lead them to a seamless transaction.
Marketing Execution
1. Run all profit centers as directed by the Nevin Team. (Sphere, Farm, and others)
2. Analyze data and report findings to Nevin for the execution of marketing tasks.
3. Run CRM – Follow Up Boss. All aspects of it.
4. Execute marketing tasks with different tech platforms.
5. Work with and oversee 3rd party marketing people (Printer/Video/Graphic designer/web).
6. Oversee company infrastructure digital and print.
7. Run client event parties or seminars with team assistance.
8. Support all Team Members as needed.
9. Fill in for team members when needed as necessary.
10. Meet with business partners, vendors, and transaction partners.
Qualifications
1. Tech-savvy. Ability to learn and integrate new tech apps efficiently.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Provide leadership to 3rd parties - vendors/clients/team members.
4. Relentless commitment to customer service always.
5. Associate’s degree or higher.
