Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced bioinformatician to work closely with Research and Bioinformatics/Data Science teams to maximize our extensive and growing biologics discovery datasets, supporting and accelerating data-driven drug design.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work in interdisciplinary teams across protein engineering and bioinformatics to develop and integrate data science approaches into TCR and antibody discovery and optimization.
* Analyse, manage, and organize datasets generated across a protein engineering campaign, including high-throughput screening and immune repertoire sequencing datasets.
* Collaborate with experimental biologists to design and automate the capture, organization, and analysis of experimental data for biologics drug discovery.
* Clearly document code and communicate outcomes effectively internally and externally.

Requirements:
* PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or similar discipline, with 5-8 years of related experience working with genomics data, or MSc degree with equivalent research or industrial experience.
* Experience with NGS, bioinformatics sequence analysis and alignment tools, R, Python, Linux environments, and version control (git).
* Strong record of scientific publications and/or contribution to bioinformatics tools in relevant subjects, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Pays attention to detail, highly organized.
