Introduction
Due to a sustained period of exceptional growth, Endurance Doors are looking for an Email and Communications Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. Reporting to our Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our direct digital communications with our large number of Installer Partners as well as our end users, developing these relationships via creative email strategies and persuasive content marketing.
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and executing impactful B2B & B2C email marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in developing personalized and localized customer journeys, ensuring an immersive onboarding process.

Key Accountabilities
1. Develop and execute captivating B2B & B2C email marketing campaigns.
2. Identify and cultivate target audiences, actively maintaining and expanding our email lists.
3. Create personalized and localized customer journeys to elevate engagement levels.
4. Establish a comprehensive onboarding process seamlessly integrated into the customer journey.
5. Proactively devise and manage communication calendars for both customer engagement and public relations.
6. Collaborate closely with the design team to craft compelling email content and visually appealing templates.
7. Craft impeccably written copy, ensuring it is error-free and resonates with the target audience.
8. Conduct and analyse A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, record results, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
9. Conduct render testing across devices, email clients, and ISPs to guarantee proper display for the majority of recipients.
10. Stay abreast of trends and email marketing strategies from global leaders to gather insights on best practices and innovative ideas.
11. Administer email surveys to gather valuable customer feedback, enhancing our understanding of their preferences.
12. Coordinate integrated direct mail campaigns to complement and reinforce our email marketing initiatives.
13. Supply installer partners with white-label email assets and customized customer journeys.
14. Customize digital assets for Installer Partners, ensuring seamless brand consistency.
15. Extend marketing services to installers, offering white-label print, web design, and localized digital advertising.
16. Supervise artwork briefing and management for Endurance print advertising.
17. Collaborate on press release creation with third-party agencies and internal teams.
18. Generate comprehensive reports covering all marketing activities for insightful analysis and future strategic planning.
