Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Site Management Team at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital as a Clinical Site Manager. The successful candidate will work a 24/7 shift pattern. They will always ensure on site presence leading the management of capacity, flow and escalation.
The post requires motivated individuals with a commitment to the delivery of high quality, safe and efficient clinical services.
Main duties, tasks & skills required
You will be an experienced nurse, credible role model and can influence as well as innovate. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day capacity management, services and pathways. They will play a key role in ensuring capacity planning for the site is robust. They will have experience of operational and service improvement, as well as management experience within acute health care. They will fulfil a crucial role in fostering excellent communication and collaborative working between clinical specialties, optimising available resources to ensure patient safety and flow.
