Your Responsibilities
As a Production Technician, you'll be pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient production. Your key duties will include:
Operating production machinery and assisting with product assembly and pallet release.
Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing offline machinery.
Diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical faults.
Setting up manufacturing equipment to meet production and quality standards.
Monitoring in-process quality and resolving issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
Minimising downtime while maintaining planned repair and spare part costs.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
A qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., C&G, HND) or a time-served apprenticeship.
Experience in a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
Strong maintenance and fault-finding expertise.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for healthcare and delivering high-quality solutions.
