Job Purpose:
To provide HR support to the Town Council
Scope:
To provide comprehensive HR advice, guidance, and support to all Redruth Town Council employees. To deliver effective HR services in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. collaborate closely with Senior Managers, Junior Managers and staff to ensure that HR practices are legally compliant and in line with current local government regulations, organisational strategies, goals and best practices. To conduct risk assessments, promote a culture of safety and best practice.

4. To adhere to standards set to ensure health and safety at work, which includes following procedures correctly and participating in relevant health and safety training, in helping to create a safe and supportive organisation for all.
5. To undertake tasks as required to support the Council’s range of events and festivals as directed.
