About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected provider of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities across Torbay. As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the delivery of 2,000 hours of care across multiple services, ensuring the highest standards of support are met for individuals with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee multiple supported living services, ensuring exceptional care delivery
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team to maintain high standards of support
3. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
4. Work collaboratively with external stakeholders, including families and local authorities
5. Manage budgets, staffing, and service development to enhance care quality
What We're Looking For
1. Experienced Registered Manager OR Deputy Manager ready to step up
2. Passionate about person-centred care and service excellence
3. Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or near completion)
4. Strong leadership and people management skills
5. Full UK driving license (essential)
