Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate and coordinate construction projects
2. Book appointments and manage schedules
3. Order and track materials for ongoing jobs
4. Manage and update project statuses using Asana project management software
5. Create estimates and present quotes to clients via QuickBooks
6. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via phone and email

Requirements:
1. Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
2. Project management experience: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar
3. Accounting knowledge: Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
4. Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
5. Excellent email etiquette and communication skills (both spoken and written)
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
7. Polish language proficiency is an advantage but not required
