Haringey Council is looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to lead key aspects of the Learning Disabilities team in preparation for CQC inspections. This is an exciting opportunity to drive improvements, lead on workforce development, and ensure that services are delivered with a strengths-based, person-centred approach.

Role Purpose

You will be responsible for:

* Assessing current practices, developing improvement plans, and overseeing specific work elements, as agreed with the Principal Social Worker.
* Supporting recruitment and retention through the development of apprenticeship programs and the ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment) program.
* Leading the implementation of a Quality Assurance framework and ensuring compliance with up-to-date, relevant policies and procedures.
* Embedding the Strengths-Based Practice model across all areas of the Learning Disabilities service.
