thl UK & Ireland Ltd are the largest motorhome rental, sales and service company within the UK and Ireland. We operate the rental brands Just go and Bunk Campers. We are looking for an energetic, self-driven and professional Branch Manager to join our team.
The role will be based in our Edinburgh depot. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational & planning skills and a background in customer service management as you will be responsible for the rental operation of circa 250 motorhomes.

We are looking for a strong leader with good operational and crew management experience to ensure our values are the central focus of the rental branch. You will manage the customer-facing and fleet preparation teams and liaise with on-site sales and workshop teams.
The overall remit of the role is to ensure the branch operates safely, the crew are well-trained, and guest service standards are excellent.
Person Specification
* Experienced working at all levels, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to develop pragmatic, relevant, and innovative staff and client experience solutions
* Ability to coach and influence staff at all levels
* Demonstrates business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected
* Good attention to detail with excellent planning and organization skills
* Able to deal with confidential information with both tact and diplomacy
