Our Food & Beverage Team helps to deliver delicious food experiences for our Theme Park and Resorts guests every day during their visit. It is a varied role, working in one (or more) of our on-site restaurants, coffee outlets, and kiosks. Whatever task you are doing, you’ll have the chance to gain experience in many diverse areas of our business, it is expected that you’ll deliver service to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of all our guests through preparation, production, and service.
You are expected to be role models in delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst:
• Operating till systems and card handling.
• Taking orders
• Serving food and drinks
• Preparing food for outlets
• Preparing and serving hot drinks
• Daily cleaning of kitchen, dining and serving areas.
• Achieve sales targets set by your manager by upselling items and promotions.
• Actively seek ways to increase revenue and keep wastage at a minimum.
• Putting away delivers and stock.
• Visual merchandising – ensuring that displays are kept well stocked.
• Looking after our VIP guests and our Annual Pass Holders
• Sharing your park knowledge to answer queries from our guests.
No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, a passion for customer service, sales, and a positive attitude toward learning new skills are essential! If you don’t already hold Level 1 or Level 2 Food Hygiene qualifications, don’t worry—we’ll cover this through our on-site training program.
What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Confidence when interacting with the public.
• Willingness to undertake Health and Safety training and assessments.
• Possess and ability to work independently and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience.
This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as Bank Holidays.
Hours will be rostered in advance. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
We have various start dates from February 2025 so you can still apply now for a later start date.
