Description Reporting in the Sales and Office Manager the successful sales administrator will have the following duties: Managing and handling incoming sales queries through email, phone, and other communication channels. Have excellent customer service skills, approaching call calls professionally and supporting clients needs Provide Key Information & Support: Respond promptly and thoroughly to client inquiries, helping them gain a clear understanding of our services. Maintain accuracy of CRM database and with that providing tailored and accurate information to meet clients specific needs. Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the rest of the sales team, ensuring a seamless flow of information by promptly passing on important details when required.
