Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with our Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations.
2. Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards.
3. Contribute to menu development with creative input and seasonal ideas.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
5. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage food costs.
6. Assume kitchen leadership in the absence of the Head Chef.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
2. Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients.
3. Able to work in fast-paced and slow-paced environments.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. A passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
6. A team player with a positive attitude.
7. A flexible schedule with availability on evenings and weekends.
