Job Title: HR Administrator (Part-Time, 25 hours per week) Location: Ferndown Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). In this role, you will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, administrative tasks, training organisation, and updating staff files and internal platforms. Please note that this position does not involve any payroll duties. Additionally, you will work closely with our HR Director, assisting with diary management and providing some PA support. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Post job advertisements and manage candidate communications. Schedule interviews and assist in the recruitment process. Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition. Prepare and manage onboarding documentation. Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff files and records. Training Organisation: Schedule and organise training sessions. Update internal training schedules and ensure all relevant information is communicated. Internal Platforms: Update and manage HR internal platforms and systems to ensure data integrity. Support to HR Director: Work closely with the HR Director on diary management and scheduling. Assist with PA duties as required. Requirements: Proven experience in an HR administrative role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
